THE WHITE BRAYE

Recipe

  • 50ml Tanqueray Gin
  • 25ml Triple sec
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 20ml sugar syrup
  • 1 fresh egg white.
  • Lemon twist/peel
  • Martini glass
  • No ice

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker full with ice
  • Shake hard to mix and emulsify the egg white
  • Strain into a martini glass
  • Garnish and serve.

THE BRAYE BLUSH

Recipe

  • 45ml Gordon’s Pink Gin
  • 75ml Lemonade
  • 30ml Prosecco
  • 1 sliced strawberry
  • Copa / wine glass
  • Cubed ice

Preparation

  • Add Gordon’s Pink Gin to a wine glass full of ice
  • Add Lemonade and Prosecco
  • Garnish and serve.
