We turn our focus to Fermain Valley Hotel, nestled in the stunning valley of St Martin’s, where our trio of restaurants offer a feast for the senses — from succulent meat and delicate fish dishes to beautifully prepared vegetarian options. The care taken in both the cooking and the wine pairings is something we are immensely proud of.

We also take a moment to commemorate the growing number of green awards achieved across our group. These accolades reflect the commitment and dedication of our teams, who work tirelessly to ensure that environmental responsibility sits at the forefront of everything we do — not as an afterthought, but as a guiding principle.
