Autumn Bloom

Ingredients

  • 25 ml Chatham Dockyard, Copper Rivet dry gin
  • 25 ml Cointreau
  • 20 ml fresh lime juice
  • 250 ml cloudy apple juice

Method

  1. Fill a Chardonnay glass with ice.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well for 15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a glass.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary, apple, and a cinnamon stick.
  6. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
